The Time Sheet report provides you with the time tracking information for all of your pay runs. It shows employee name, start/end dates, earnings type, hours, rate and cost account. Use this to quickly look up who was paid for what earnings in each pay run.

1 – Created – this is the time and date the report was created. The Final (filter) will ultimately show the time that the pay run was completed because these reports are saved on finalization. If you filter by Interim this date will be when you clicked Calculate in the pay run.

2 – Payroll Date – this is the payment date of the pay run, when the employees are due to receive their funds.

3 – View/Download – for accounts on the Business plan or above, the report can be downloaded to PDF and XLS. Otherwise, you will be able to view the report by clicking that option and scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Your default entry type for time-based employees (daily or in bulk) will ultimately change how the reports show the information for these employees. If you enter through Daily entry, then each time-based employee will have a line for each day that they worked throughout the period. If you enter in bulk, then the time-based employees will one line showing the total of all hours worked in that cycle, like the salaried employees.

Interim or Final

The Time Sheet Report is available in Interim and Final Filter Status

Interim reports are created each time you click Calculate in the pay run.  If no changes are made, this report will turn into a Final report when you finalize the pay run.  If you make changes to your employees before finalizing this one will remain as Interim and when you click calculate again a second Interim report is created.  If there are no more changes that last report will turn into the Final version.
