If your company uses Payroll or one of our partners to process payroll you can access all your pay history and pay statements online.
How to access PayChequer
To access the service, you need some information from your payroll administrator (typically the person who does your company payroll or setup the service with us).
- Company email: this is the general company email address we use to identify which company you are employed at. This email address may be different than your personal company address - please ask your payroll administrator for this information. If your company has given you a specific company URL to access PayChequer, please use that.
- Employee user name: this is your 6 digit employee number assigned by your payroll administrator. Alternatively, you can use the email address your employer setup in your profile.
- Employee password: this is assigned by your payroll administrator when you are added to the service or is the password you set when you were first invited to the service. *Note, the first time you login you will be prompted to set your password. Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters.
View your payslip
To view your paystub, go to https://secure.paychequer.com or the specific URL given by your employer and type in your login information.
