In just a few steps you'll be on your way to processing your own payroll - simple, fast and all online

Before you begin

You can make your payroll account registration go faster by gathering the following data:

  • Your CRA payroll number. If you operate a business in Québec, you also need to register with Revenu Québec. You'll need these numbers to ensure your company and employee tax withholdings are correctly recorded. 
  • Completed TD1 forms from all your employees. As an employer you need to keep these forms on file - and we'll need the numbers from these forms when you enter your employees in the system.
  • The Chart of Accounts (general ledger codes) from your accounting software. You'll be able to setup your payroll account to match the account codes you / your bookkeeper uses to track your business finances. If you don't have accounting software - you really should. It will make running your business much easier. Check out these apps that are integrated with our Payroll.

Register for an account

Head over to our home site and click SIGN UP. Choose a plan that fits your business - the "business" plan is a great start and includes integration with the most popular accounting packages.

Give us a few details about your business and we'll setup your account:

Shortly you'll receive an email asking you to validate your contact information - just follow the link and your account will be activated.

Next steps

When you first login you'll be asked if you wish to add your employees. You can begin processing payroll once you have employees entered into the system. Follow our guide on adding / editing employees.
