A: We use secured sites to send or receive any attachments. If you are having difficulty retrieving the attachment please follow the steps here:
- Click on the attachment in the email or help desk ticket.
- You will be prompted to sign in to our Support Desk. **This is not the same sign in as your payroll account. If you forgot your password (or never created one please click Forgot my password)
3. Request a new password. You must enter the same email address we sent the attachment to in order to access this.
4. Click on the link in the email to reset your password
5. Create your new password
6. Once you are logged in, on the top right if you click the down arrow next to your name you will see "My activities"
7. All tickets you have created will be listed as well as the status. Click on the subject line of the one you need to get into and the attachment will be there to download.
We realize this is a bit of a process but we want to keep your secured docs secure!
