Once you log in you'll be taken to your most recent pay slip.
If you haven’t received a paycheque from your employer yet, or your company’s pay slip data is not currently available in the system, you’ll see a screen that says there are no pay slips to show.
A. This is the date that the pay run was processed. Note that this is not the date you will receive your pay, but when your administrator has run the pay run.
B. Click to download a PDF version of the current pay slip. When the PDF pay slip is displayed, use the ‘share’ icon at the bottom left of the screen to print or send the PDF file as an attachment.
C. Details will take you to a more detailed view of the currently selected pay slip.
D. Regular earnings is the total amount your employer has paid you, which is the total of all earnings less deductions for the current pay period.
E. Shows the total federal and provincial deductions for the pay period.
F. Other deductions is the total amount of additional deductions for the pay period including extra income tax, life insurance, accidental death, critical illness, and extended health.
G. The vacation balance tile shows vacation earned this pay period, vacation used during the period, and a total amount of vacation remaining.
