Multi-User Access
If you manage multiple clients with multiple staff members, assigning individual credentials is a security and privacy necessity. EVOLV provides an easy way to assign each user in your firm their own credentials to access the service. This eliminates the need for shared login credentials and provides enhanced tracking and privacy to your clients.

Audit Log
Once you have assigned team members to your firm's profile you can monitor activities with the audit log. This shows detailed interactions with each client profile and maintains a full history for review at any time.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Login security for each team member can be enhanced with SMS second factor authentication. Once activated, team members will receive a text message with a short PIN to enter in addition to their username and password.
