This feature is available on all paid plans.
You can add PIN-based security to your payroll and Business Payment processing workflow to ensure tasks like issuing payments are only performed by authorized personnel.
To turn on enhanced security, follow these steps:
A. Login to your account
(Login with an account that has Payroll Master level access to make these changes)
B. Go to SETTINGS
C. Select PAYROLL OPTIONS
D. PIN SECURITY
E. Click ACTIVATE
F. Create your six digit numeric PIN
G. Click SAVE
Payroll Standard Chart of Accounts
Your PIN will now be necessary on the PAYMENTS stage of your pay run and business payments. You must enter the PIN to finalize your payments.
Resetting or Removing PIN
To reset your PIN:
A. Login to your account (login to an account with Payroll Master level access)
B. SETTINGS
C. PAYROLL OPTIONS
D. PIN SECURITY
E. CHANGE
Enter your old PIN, your desired new PIN, and confirm
To remove enhanced security and the PIN option, keep the PIN fields blank after entering your old PIN, and click SAVE
