The Time Sheet report gives you the time tracking information for all your pay runs. It shows the employee name, start/end dates, earnings type, hours, rate and cost account (if applicable). Use this to quickly determine who was paid for what earnings in each pay run.

To access the time sheet report:

A. From the left-hand menu, click Reports.

B. Click the Pay Run dropdown

C. Select Time Sheet.

D. Report Name: this is the name assigned to the report. If you’ve updated the name, it will reflect in this column.

E. Date Created: this is the time and date the report was created. Provided the report has a ‘Final’ status, this will be the time that the pay run was completed because these reports are saved on finalization. If you filter by ‘Interim,’ this date will be when you click ‘Calculate’ in the pay run.

F. Start/End/Payment Dates: this represents the pay run’s cycle dates and the selected payment date. If your pay run had multiple payment dates this column will display the direct deposit date.

G. Additional Options (Ellipses): Click the ellipses to see your export options. You can export it to PDF or Excel or simply view the report.

Viewing the report

As you scroll through the grid, you’ll see time sheet information for each employee. Your default entry type for time-based employees (daily or in bulk) will change how the reports show the information for these employees. If you enter hours with Daily entry, then each time-based employee will have a line for each day that they worked throughout the period. If you enter in bulk, then the time-based employees will have one line showing the total of all hours worked in that cycle, like the salaried employees.

H. If you don't see your desired column, click the Customization Icon and select the columns you want to see.

Interim or Final

The Time Sheet Report is available in the Interim and Final Filter Status

Interim reports are created each time you click Calculate in the pay run.  If no changes are made, this report will turn into a Final report when you finalize the pay run.  If you make changes to your employees before finalizing, this one will remain as Interim, and when you click calculate again, a second Interim report is created.  If there are no more changes, the last report will be turned into the Final version.
